Custom Paint and Design

This gem shows how stunning a custom paint color can be!  With gorgeous garden views, we wanted to reflect the outdoors in the kitchen, and the homeowners loved green, so we chose Benjamin Moore Cushing Green for the perimeter cabinets, which tie in beautifully to the natural stone slab at the island and pair perfectly with the Lunada Bay mosaic tile backsplash.  Tons of natural light, vaulted ceilings with skylights, and an open layout make for a delightful place to cook!

Project Details: These homeowners really wanted a center island with seating, better lighting and new colors! The kitchen had a decent amount of space, but posed some challenges with angled walls and vaulted ceilings, so we kept a similar configuration to what was existing, but designed custom cabinetry to maximize the storage available at the corners and replaced the peninsula with an island and since the house had beautiful views to the garden, we designed the sink in the island so the homeowners could enjoy the view while doing dishes or visit with friends. This kitchen features custom painted cabinets, quartz countertops on the main kitchen cabinets, and natural stone countertops on the island, a glass mosaic tile backsplash, a Wolf range, and matte black hardware.
