Serene Sanctuary

Project Details: To create a space that was luxuriously functional for the whole we first looked at our layout and decided what needed to happen. With a vision in mind we added on to the house, designed a primary bath that feels like a spa getaway, and completely reconfigured the kitchen, dining room and family room to create a huge kitchen perfect for entertaining the largest of parties or most intimate of family moments. Each detail comes together in the main kitchen space with a large center island with seating and appliances built-in, a paneled Sub-Zero refrigerator, double ovens, a Wolf range top, an expansive wet bar with a Sub-Zero wine column refrigerator, and an accordion door leading to the back deck space. 

This kitchen features custom painted and stained white oak flush inset cabinetry, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, quartzite countertops, zellige backsplash tile, and engineered hardwood flooring.  The baths feature custom painted and stained flush inset cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a variety of tiles including penny tiles on the floor of the guest bath, subway tile on the guest bath shower walls, a mosaic tile on the upstairs guest bathroom floor, zellige tiles on the upstairs guest bathroom shower walls, large format porcelain tile on the primary bath floor, and shower walls and a marble penny tile on the primary shower floor.  Metals are mixed between the plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware and lighting to include nickels and brass and the downstairs guest bath and primary bath walls are wrapped in wallpaper.
