Soothing Spa Retreat:
A Primary Bath Update

This large primary bath was updated with soft warm grays, rich wood tone cabinets for contrast, and new brushed nickel plumbing fixtures to create a spa-like retreat that the homeowner could enjoy, before listing the home for sale a couple of years later! The neutral color palette makes for a soothing environment and an easy sale!

Project Details: This bath remodel was completed for the homeowner to enjoy, but designed for resale potential in mind; the space was large, but lacked privacy and storage. We kept all of the windows and the vaulted ceilings and reconfigured the layout, making the vanity twice the size, creating a spa-like wet room for the built-in tub and curbless shower area, moved the toilet and built a water closet for privacy.
