Storage and Practical Use Inspiration: It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere

How are you storing your wine, beer, or liquor at home? Is it really practical? Get inspired with these amazing custom storage and appliances to get you ready for happy hour.

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! Which means it’s ‘Happy Hour’ (usually) and time for a glass of vino! I know there are other drinks out there, but I’m focusing on the fun ways to integrate your wine collection into your kitchen, and this handy cabinet pull-out accessory certainly works!

If you want to impress your friends, maybe you want to splurge for a little added bonus - keeping your bottle chilled in a built-in countertop U-Chill!

Going beyond the standard wine fridge is an option to have your favorite bottles ‘on-tap’… and you can even limit the size of the pours (so you get the biggest pour!) with the WineStation by Dacor. Change the bottles out, have two whites and two reds on tap, and set the temperature for each bottle!

If you really want to make a statement, save your pennies for the Vincave by Vinotemp… when I’m rich and famous, I’ll definitely have one of these! Your precious bottles sit right below your feet and rise up from below your floor, using the soil below to help keep the wine at the perfect temperature.

Of course, there’s nothing wrong with a good ol’ fashioned wine fridge either (I’d take one of those any day!) Even in a small footprint, we can find a way to make a little wine bar! We didn’t have the space in our little home for any of the cool gadgets seen above, so we carved out a corner of our breakfast nook to store up to 45 bottles… and glasses too! This little alcove is only 18” wide!

Which one is your favorite? What would you like to put in your home? Tell me in the comments below!
